Furthermore, using collaboratively derived criteria, EmploYou carefully identifies and screens potential candidates based on their interpersonal styles, attributes and work histories in order to insure the greatest potential for "culture fit" and positive organizational impact. EmploYou is able to offer additional profiling resources using industry specific and validated objective testing instruments through a variety of partnering relationships.

Volume Services

Volume Services represents a unique approach to sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. Essentially, it is a combination of contingency and retrained services, utilizing the best that both arrangements have to offer. EmploYou will source, screen and recommend candidates to your organization based on pre-established criteria (e.g. skills, mobility, languages spoken, etc.). Candidates are funneled directly through your on-line or in-person recruiting systems. Candidates may or may not be selected, but essentially your candidate pool is increasing by only those candidates who meet minimum qualifications. Ideally, your recruiters are interviewing and retaining information on candidates who would be hired in the future - thereby significantly increasing your qualified applicant pool.

Candidates

Candidates are sourced from a variety of niche markets primarily specializing in avionics, maintenance, logistics, procurement and administration. Our 2008 direct candidate contact will exceed 7500 individuals. Our indirect candidate contact is estimated near 100,000.
