EmploYou, LLC provides extensive support in the field of recruitment and internal placement. Examples of Recruitment and Internal Placement support include but are not limited to: performing outside recruitment using printed and electronic media, trade schools, job fairs and college visits paying special attention to reaching all segments of the population; preparing job vacancy announcements; and providing employment information as appropriate regarding opportunities with the Federal government in general and with agency supported activities specifically.

Specific services include providing comprehensive support in disciplinary actions as they relate to complaints, grievances, and appeals; performance management and appraisal, insurance benefits, providing guidance and assistance in completing necessary processes and documentation; providing guidance and assistance to monitor and resolve complaints received via agency complaint hotline; perform case management and review proposed correspondence for regulatory compliance.

Outplacement Services
