Resume Writing & Mock InterviewingIn concert with Out-Placement services we can offer guidance, direction and, if necessary, a complete overhaul to an employee's existing resume thereby making them more marketable in the workplace. Mock interviewing utilizes a variety of settings and more than 200 sample questions. Immediate feedback is built in to this process and employees have the opportunity to apply what they have learned. Employee OrientationEmployee Orientation is a critical event in a new hire's "on-boarding" process. EmploYou offers a unique perspective to new employee orientation including topics on dressing professionally, business etiquette, customer service, written communication, confidentiality, accepting and receiving feedback and critical thinking skills. The objective is to provide solid organizational information on the business (e.g. financials, products and services, history and culture) and include topics that are relevant to the success of any business person. Course DevelopmentEmploYou strives to create interactive and memorable learning experiences. Sessions can be designed with the help of your internal experts or independently. You name the topic, we develop the curriculum.
